  Thank you so much Jeff of CR Surface Care! I was looking for a reputable carpet cleaning company in Las Vegas to clean the house my Aunt is moving out of. CR Surface Care came highly recommended to me through a friend so I figured I would give them a try.   DO NOT GIVE YOUR BUISNESS TO BRENNAN'S CARPET. You will be sorry. We spent 10,000 dollars with them, everything was fine at first..after a week everything changed. They say they guarantee their work, but good luck trying to get them on the phone or back to your house when they screw up. And they will screw up! Just ask other customers. They even took off carpet out of our gun cabinet, started applying wood, never finished...then when we FINALLY got them on the phone, they said it wasn't covered in the original quote and that they won't finish it! There are nails sticking out of our carpet everywhere. Creeks all in our expensive hard wood. They filled OUR trailer with THEIR trash outside and refused to come get it. Had to call back SEVERAL times to even get them to finish. So unprofessional. As soon as they get your money, your screwed. The sales person Chandra is AWESOME. That's the only thing they have going for them. I know 2 other people who also have had terrible experiences. 1st guy had the same problem as us. They did crappy work, that is supposed to be covered under warranty...they just kept putting off his calls until they finally refused to come back. My other friends bought a rug from them. When he walked in the store, Chandra was helping a customer, and the owner Karrie was eating a burger. She looked at my friend and then looked at Chandra and said, "Chandra Customer!" THEN he went to go pick up the rug that was at their warehouse at their home. He knocked on the door and she just said, " yeah, it's in there" No help, no nothing! My friend had to use the their forklift himself to get it down. SO FREAKING UNPROFESSIONAL IT BLOWS MY MIND. Save yourself the stress, money, and angry. Brennans does not deserve a penny!!! This has been going on for over 3 months and our house STILL is not finished, and they still won't return our calls. They always have an excuse. RUN FROM BRENNAN'S CARPET!!!!
